1. Shipping Information
Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK mainland – including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or international destinations – please contact us before ordering for a custom freight quote.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and location. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped, including carrier and tracking details where available.
Delivery Charges
We apply a flat delivery fee of £175 + VAT for all standard UK deliveries. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and include kerbside off-loading only.
If your site has restricted access, requires timed delivery, or does not have off-loading equipment, please contact us before dispatch so that suitable arrangements can be made. Additional charges may apply for these services.
Receiving Deliveries
Please ensure suitable personnel and equipment are available to receive and safely off-load the goods. All deliveries should be checked on arrival. Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided that:
The goods are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of inspection and approval of returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the £175 delivery charge and a 15 % restocking fee (where applicable).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us in writing. Once goods have been dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
